“Everyone has a story that led them to discover their passion. My dream first took shape when I was a little girl. From as long as I can remember, I loved to play dress up and experiment with style and make-up. These early memories set me on an exciting path, one that I’m still lucky enough to be on today”.

In 2014, Lara began her studies at Face to Face Cosmetic College in KZN, where she focused on Beauty and Make-up Artistry. The following year, she set her sights on Cape Town, pursuing her ambition to earn a degree in Art Direction at City Varsity. In her first year, she learned to view the human body as a canvas on which to create works of art. Body art is one of Lara’s greatest areas of interest. Imagine the excitement of completely transforming the human body! Lara took her expertise in body art to the next level when she won the Body Spectra Award at City Varsity for 100% Body Art.
